Nestled in a serene landscape in Midway, Utah, the Colonial Revival house combines the charm of the past with modern convenience. At first glance, it appears to be a well-preserved relic, but it's a brand-new construction that respects historical roots.

The house's exterior is adorned with a dignified stone facade, meticulously crafted to echo the colonial era's elegance. The add a touch of natural beauty and rugged texture. Modern windows with black trim allow ample natural light while preserving the house's historical aesthetic.

A modern greenhouse is accessible from the interior, and offers a functional space for cultivating plants and representing the house's blend of old and new. Inside, the living spaces are equally striking. Teal contrast trim on the walls adds a sense of unity, while hardwood floors exude character and warmth.
