We are able to start the design process as soon as possible after receiving the required deposit. We typically start with an on-site meeting and a brainstorming session of key features you would like in your dream home. This will help us know what design will be possible to achieve within your budget, lot size, and community design guidelines.

We design the homes, and once everything is ready to go, you can use any builder that you have found yourself or we have many great builders we trust and can recommend if needed.

Do you design homes in areas outside of Salt Lake City?
Yes, we offer our custom home design services outside of the Salt Lake City area. We are happy to work with clients in any area of Utah.

We absolutely do! Our clients love the seamlessness of having home design and interior design under the same roof. It makes for a much faster and more efficient experience. If you have an interior designer that you've already lined up, that's totally ok too. We often work with many other interior designers and consistently produce excellent results that way too. 

The whole design process can be completed as quickly as 6-8 weeks. This includes the full set of architecturals and the engineered plans. The architecturals will include everything needed to build the home and get a permit from the city.

We do not. We exclusively do residential drafting and design which includes custom home design, home additions or remodels, and work with builders on community development design.

Yes, we do. We have a lot of experience creating the design for remodels and home additions. Our plans will include everything needed to get a permit from the city and start building.

Throughout the whole project, we include 3D renderings and 3D perspectives to help you visualize what the home will look like when complete. Clients also have the option to do a virtual reality walkthrough of their home for an additional cost.
