It’s like a preview of the design plans; it’s not a full set of plans but enough information so the builder can give you a quote for the price of the home addition or remodel project.

WHAT IS THE COST OF A BID SET?

Every project is different! It depends on the changes to the home and how long the design portion of the project is. At Jewkes Design the cost of a bid set goes toward your custom home remodel or addition if you decide to move forward with the design which would be 50% of the project.

How long does it take?

It can take 3-4 weeks to get a custom home remodel or addition set of plans ready for bidding.
